Location: UK or Europe | Hybrid with international travel
A global enterprise software organisation is seeking a commercially focused VP of Professional Services to lead complex customer programmes across Europe and the Middle East.
Reporting to the Global SVP, you will own portfolio delivery, customer relationships and financial performance while leading internationally distributed programme, consulting and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise software implementations and upgrades.
- Build trusted relationships with customer and partner C-suite executives.
- Ensure programmes meet quality, time, scope and financial targets.
- Own portfolio P&L, risk management and critical escalations.
- Lead and coach senior programme, consulting and technical teams.
- Support sales with scoping, estimating and pre-contract engagement.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Improve delivery methods through operational innovation and appropriate AI adoption.
Your experience
- 10+ years leading enterprise software or technology programmes.
- A strong record of delivering complex platform implementations.
- Portfolio P&L and commercial management experience.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary, internationally distributed teams.
- Executive presence and confidence working with customer C-suites.
- Strong programme assurance, scope control and risk-management skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery.
- Insurance technology or regulated-sector experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
You must be based in the UK or Europe and comfortable working across European and Middle Eastern markets.
