Salary: £110,000–£130,000 Base | OTE £220,000–£260,000

Selective Search — specialist in enterprise software sales recruitment across EMEA — is retained by a global ERP and business applications vendor to find a Strategic Account Director. You will own and grow a portfolio of 10–15 strategic accounts, managing £20M+ in revenue across EMEA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning £20M+ in strategic account revenue across EMEA
- Building multi-threaded executive relationships within each account
- Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinating with customer success, professional services and product teams
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years enterprise software sales or strategic account management
- Experience managing strategic accounts at C-suite level across EMEA
- ERP, HCM or business applications background strongly preferred
- Fluency in a second European language advantageous
