Senior Delivery Officer – Insurtech SaaS Delivery | Japan
Salary: £150,000 Base + Bonus

Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are hiring 2 Senior Delivery Officers to lead complex, multi-workstream implementations for enterprise insurance clients across Japan.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Core Insurance SaaS implementations for enterprise clients
- Manage multi-workstream programs spanning configuration, integration, data migration and go-live
- Act as the senior client-facing point of accountability for delivery quality, timeline and budget
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including internal and partner/SI resources
- Identify and mitigate delivery risk across concurrent enterprise engagements
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations, ideally within Insurtech, fintech or core banking/insurance systems
- Track record managing large, multi-stakeholder programs for enterprise clients
- Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating across multi-cloud, highly configurable enterprise platforms
- Fluent Japanese and English preferred
