Sales Director – Technology & Managed Services Sales
Salary: £130,000–£160,000 Base | OTE + Full Benefits

This is a home-based UK role with full national remit — ideal for a senior technology sales professional seeking autonomy, impact and outstanding earnings.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the UK commercial strategy, personally lead major new business pursuits and manage and grow a team of regional technology sales professionals.
- Own UK revenue targets across new business and account growth
- Personally lead and close major Managed Services and Technology Outsourcing opportunities
- Build and develop a national technology sales team
- Develop and execute GTM strategy across target verticals and geographies
- Build strong client relationships at Board and C-suite level across the UK
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring and renewal
What We Need
- Proven Sales Director or Head of Sales background in executive technology sales
- Strong track record in Managed Services, Cloud, ITO or Technology Outsourcing sales
- Experience building and leading field-based or home-based sales teams
- Credible at C-suite level with a strong existing network across UK industry
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially sharp
