This is a high-stakes, high-reward role for someone who lives and breathes transformational technology deals in Financial Services.

The Role

You will originate, shape and close the largest and most complex technology sales opportunities in the Financial Services market — deals that define careers and transform organisations. Minimum deal size £20m TCV; many will be significantly larger.

• Originate and lead pursuit of £20m–£500m+ TCV technology transformation deals in Financial Services
• Build and maintain a C-suite network across UK and European Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets
• Shape complex propositions combining outsourcing, cloud, applications and managed services
• Lead large cross-functional bid teams through full sales lifecycle
• Develop long-term strategic client relationships that generate multi-generation revenue
• Represent the organisation in senior industry forums and analyst engagements

The Ideal Candidate

• Elite executive technology sales background — you have personally shaped and closed transformational deals
• Minimum 3 x £20m+ TCV wins in Financial Services — with verifiable references
• Deep understanding of IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Applications and BPO commercial models
• Exceptional gravitas — you command a room with CFOs, CTOs and Group CEOs
• Expert in complex commercial structuring: risk/reward, TUPE, offshore delivery, MSA/SOW
