Sales Director – Insurance Technology Sales
Salary: £140,000–£170,000 Base | OTE + Full Benefits

This is a senior executive technology sales leadership role with full commercial accountability for a major Insurance vertical practice.
The Role
You will own and drive revenue growth across the UK Insurance sector — combining personal new business development at C-suite level with the leadership of a specialist Insurance technology sales team.
- Own revenue targets and P&L for the UK Insurance technology vertical
- Personally lead major new business pursuits with Tier 1 UK and Lloyd’s market insurers
- Build and develop a high-performance Insurance technology sales team
- Engage at Group CEO, CFO, CTO and CIO level across target Insurance accounts
- Shape and close complex technology transformation, outsourcing and managed services deals
- Develop deep market relationships with brokers, MGAs, Lloyd’s syndicates and direct insurers
What We Are Looking For
- Senior executive technology sales background with proven Insurance sector expertise
- Track record of winning significant technology contracts within Insurance or Lloyd’s market
- Deep understanding of Insurance operations — claims, underwriting, policy, distribution and regulatory
- Proven sales leader with experience building and developing specialist sales teams
- Established C-suite network across the UK Insurance market
