We are seeking a dynamic, heavyweight Go-To-Market Sales Director to drive Digital Content Production and Service offerings into major financial services accounts.
The Role
This is a C-suite facing, new business sales leadership role. You will define GTM strategy, shape complex Digital and Outsourcing propositions, and close multi-million pound engagements at the highest level.
- Define and execute Go-To-Market strategy for Digital Content Production and Services
- Build and drive a pipeline of £10m+ TCV Digital and Outsourcing opportunities
- Engage CEO, CFO, CTO and CIO to position Digital value propositions
- Lead proposal development and bid teams for strategic new business pursuits
- Research market trends to ensure offerings remain market-aligned and client-centric
- Evangelise the Digital portfolio to clients, analysts and the broader ecosystem
What We Need
- Senior executive technology sales track record at a Tier 1 global Outsourcer, IT Services or Management Consultancy
- Proven closer of £10m+ TCV Digital, ITO or BPO contracts — with references
- Strong C-suite network within UK Financial Services
- Deep understanding of Digital, SaaS, Cloud and BPO commercial models
- Exceptional communicator — able to translate complex technology into business value
- Experience running large virtual bid teams across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
