Client Partner – SaaS | Japan
Salary: £150,000–£180,000 Base | OTE £300,000+

Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are hiring a Client Partner to own strategic relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise accounts across Japan, driving retention, expansion and long-term partnership value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise insurance clients
- Drive account growth, renewal and expansion revenue across the client portfolio
- Act as the senior executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Partner internally with delivery, product and sales to ensure client success and satisfaction
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support strategic account planning
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Client Partner, Strategic Account Director or equivalent role within enterprise SaaS
- Track record growing and retaining large, complex enterprise accounts
- Strong executive relationship-building and commercial acumen
- Insurtech, fintech or complex enterprise software background preferred
- Fluent Japanese and English preferred
