Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. They are seeking a Chief Customer Officer to own the end-to-end customer journey — implementation, adoption, retention and expansion — across a large, global enterprise client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own global customer strategy across onboarding, delivery, customer success and support
- Lead and scale customer-facing teams across multiple regions
- Drive retention, expansion and net revenue retention across a complex enterprise client base
- Partner with product and engineering to ensure the platform’s roadmap reflects customer needs
- Report to the CEO and sit on the executive leadership team
What We’re Looking For
- Senior customer leadership experience (CCO / VP Customer Success level) within enterprise SaaS, ideally Insurtech or complex regulated software
- Track record managing large, complex enterprise accounts and multi-year implementations
- Experience building and scaling global customer organizations
- Strong executive presence and comfort operating at board level
