Chief Financial Officer –
Salary: $250,000–$400,000 Base + Bonus + Equity

Selective Search is retained by our client, an established enterprise SaaS business serving the insurance sector. As the business enters its next stage of scale, they are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the global finance function and partner directly with the CEO and board on strategy, capital allocation and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the company’s global finance strategy, FP&A, treasury and capital structure
- Partner with the CEO and board on growth strategy, M&A and potential future funding events
- Build and scale a high-performing finance organization across multiple geographies
- Lead investor relations and reporting to the board and existing investor base
- Drive commercial and operational rigor across a complex, multi-entity SaaS business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within enterprise SaaS, ideally Insurtech or complex B2B software
- Track record scaling finance functions through significant growth, ideally including M&A or fundraising
- Strong command of SaaS metrics, multi-entity/multi-currency operations and board-level reporting
- Experience operating in a complex, multi-cloud or highly regulated software environment is a strong plus
