### **Position Overview:**
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Account Directors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts, driving growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role will be pivotal in driving business development efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence in both the United States and the Middle East.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Management:** Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across client organizations.
– **Account Strategy:** Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance client engagement.
– **Business Development:** Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our software solutions to existing customers, as well as acquiring new clients.
– **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with company offerings.
– **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and inform strategy.
– **Performance Tracking:** Monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
– **Contract Negotiation:** Lead contract discussions and negotiations to ensure terms that are beneficial to both the client and the company.
– **Feedback Loop:** Gather and convey client feedback to improve our products and services.
### **Qualifications:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
– **Experience:** 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in the software industry or related sectors.
– **Client Relationship Skills:** Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-level executives and key decision-makers.
– **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
– **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-centric mindset.
– **Cultural Competence:** Experience working in a multicultural environment, particularly in the Middle East region, is an advantage.
– **Travel Requirements:** Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
