Salary: £120,000–£150,000 Base | OTE £200k+ | Benefits

Selective Search — specialist executive technology sales headhunters — are retained to identify two exceptional Account Directors for a globally recognised technology services organisation. These are senior strategic roles with responsibility for managing and growing major accounts across the United States and Middle East markets.

The Roles

Working across the US and Middle East, you will manage and significantly grow a portfolio of strategic technology accounts — driving both retention and expansion at the highest level of client seniority.

• Own senior client relationships at CIO, CTO and Board level across US and Middle East accounts
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-sell and upsell of technology services
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract renewals for major accounts
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client organisations
• Collaborate with Delivery, Pre-Sales and Solution teams to ensure client success
• Represent the organisation at senior forums and client events in both regions

What We Are Looking For

• Proven senior executive technology sales track record in strategic account management
• Experience managing major accounts in either the US or Middle East markets
• Strong technology services background — IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud or consulting
• Exceptional client relationship skills at C-suite level
• Commercially sharp — experienced in complex contract negotiation and renewal
• Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis
