Selective Search — the UK’s leading specialist in SaaS sales recruitment and senior technology sales recruitment — is exclusively retained by a PE-backed SaaS business in the HR technology space. This Sales Director role carries full P&L responsibility and a seat on the senior leadership team.
The Opportunity
You will lead a team of 10 Account Executives and SDRs, own a £15M ARR target, and drive commercial strategy for one of the UK’s most ambitious HR tech businesses. This is a genuine board-level commercial role, not a glorified AE position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of 10 Account Executives and SDRs
- Owning UK enterprise revenue target of £15M ARR
- Driving sales strategy, forecasting and pipeline management
- Working with marketing on demand generation and ABM campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years SaaS sales, minimum 3 years leading a team
- Experience in HR tech, workforce management or adjacent sectors preferred
- Strong analytical approach to pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Proven ability to hire, develop and retain top sales talent
