Selective Search — specialist in senior technology sales recruitment across EMEA and the Middle East — is exclusively retained by a global FinTech platform establishing its Middle East headquarters in Dubai. This RVP of Sales will own all revenue across the Middle East and Africa, build a regional team of 8–12, and join pre-IPO with meaningful equity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning all revenue across the Middle East and Africa region from day one
- Building and leading a regional sales team of 8–12 professionals
- Developing C-suite relationships across Tier 1 financial institutions in the GCC
- Working with global leadership on regional go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years FinTech or financial services technology sales
- Minimum 3 years leading a sales team in the Middle East
- Strong CIO and CFO relationships within Tier 1 banking institutions
- Arabic language skills highly advantageous
