Selective Search — specialist in senior technology sales recruitment and professional services recruitment — is retained by a leading management consultancy expanding its Middle East practice. This Business Development Director will win new engagements across government, energy and financial services throughout the GCC.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a new business strategy across the GCC region
- Building relationships with government ministries, sovereign wealth funds and Tier 1 corporates
- Leading bid management and proposal development on large consulting contracts
- Representing the firm at industry events and trade missions
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years professional services or management consulting business development
- Strong existing network across GCC government and corporate sectors
- Experience winning large consulting contracts of £1M+
- Arabic language skills highly advantageous
