**Senior Big Deals Sales Specialist (Telco/Utilities)**

As a Senior Big Deals Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-value transactions and building strategic relationships within the telco and utilities industries. You will leverage your extensive experience in enterprise sales and industry knowledge to identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and close significant deals that align with our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Strategic Sales Leadership:**
– Lead the sales strategy for large-value transactions focused on telco and utility sectors.
– Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan for key target accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– **Relationship Management:**
– Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in target organizations.
– Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
– **Sales Performance:**
– Drive revenue growth through successful negotiations and closing of large-scale deals.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, and operations) to ensure seamless proposal delivery and service implementation.
– **Market Analysis:**
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging trends within the taco and utilities sectors.
– Analyse competitor offerings and develop strategies to position our solutions effectively in the marketplace.
– **Reporting & Forecasting:**
– Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Director.
– Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team for continual improvement of sales strategies.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
– Minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on big deals and enterprise sales.
– Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions to the telco or utilities industries, with a robust network of industry contacts.
– Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
– Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
