Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Financial Services Sales for the UK market to lead their sales strategy and execution within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the financial services sector in the UK, aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
– Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, results-oriented focus, and continuous improvement.
– Drive new business development efforts, identifying and pursuing key sales opportunities across various financial services segments, including banking, insurance, and capital markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
– Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the sales process.

– Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting sales performance and forecasts to executive leadership.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
