We value experienced candidates with high level boardroom contacts in most of the top players in the UK and EMEA, the Far East and the USA. In addition, sales professionals who are also very comfortable in selling into the CXO level/boardrooms on an international basis, with existing Relationships.
We value candidates who can work on existing accounts and new accounts, maintaining a continuous dialogue with Customers at CXO/ Board level and is fully aware of the customers’ needs, expectations, key decision drivers, decision criteria, win themes and objectives in respect of the services being provided. It is important that our experienced sales professionals can develop the Outsourcing engagements Business Strategy, provide a vision, build a culture in the appropriate environments.
