UK&I Sales Director (Must be SC cleared or above)

You will be an experienced Sales Director/Leader, with a proven sales track record in the IT OUTSOURCING services industry. You will need man management experience of running a direct Sales force and a track record of managing within a matrix managed team environment would be advantageous!

  • Able to articulate sales leadership success and give evidence of your track record!
  • Someone who is an instinctive sales Leader with natural sales ability.
  • Able to work in a matrix managed environment
  • Strong work ethic and self-managing
  • Must have sold ITO outsourcing service deals
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ideally a strong black book of contacts in the Government market
  • Must have worked for a Tier 1 Outsourcer in a senior sales leadership capacity during the last 3 years, responsible for Business Development and deal shaping in the ITO managed services space.
  • Able to articulate sales success and give evidence of your successful sales track record!
  • Must be comfortable leading CIO / C level business meetings
  • Experience of selling to the business not just the IT department.
  • You will have worked on large ITO deals involving deal advisory firms and demonstrate familiarity with complex ITO sales cycles.
  • Ideally well versed with commercial models, estimation techniques, pricing trends, TUPE regulations, crafting complex MSA & SOW documents.
  • Essential to have sold ITO Services involving service delivery from Near shore / Offshore locations outside UK.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be an experienced Sales Leader and financial contributor, with a proven sales track record in the ITO services industry. Man management experience of running large sales teams would be advantageous!

  • Able to articulate your management style!
